If its with a completely new protagonist and new students I would want a few old characters from Bully 1 as supporting characters or just to make a appearance on a mission, maybe even a cell phone and you can keep in touch with them, like in GTA 4.
Ooo yeah, maybe even a mission with a "Reunion" or something, like you are friends with a person in the school, who is friends with Jimmy so you get invited to a reunion at some place (Could be a house, bar, etc) and Johnny, Derby, Ted, Earnest, Edgar and all the people Jimmy likes meet up at a place to have a party.
So maybe do a few activities at the party, like watch T.V., bowl, drink, wrestle, blah blah blah. But the party is crashed when the Protagonist's arch enemy clique invade and there is a huge brawl.
After brawling all over the place the Skaters or whatever clique who invaded in the first place runs off.
Then maybe you can add some old characters contacts into your phone and call them up anytime to have some fun with the Activities, some of these could include, racing them and a few other people at a Carnival, Doing Pranks On People, (Door bell pranks, some double team pranks, etc) and maybe even call a number of people up in the contacts so you can leak mayhem all together, or.. Of course have fun together by doing group activities.
