I could be wrong here, but perhaps that's what the Gas station is called, although I doubt it as it has the "TO" bit there... It could be the name for a random Townsperson, or it could just be the name of the gas station.

It isn't listed in the ide.img so it's possible an undiscovered beta character. Let's mess with the ide.img. :D

This is weird.  :blink:

I replaced PRH1_Gord and PRH1_Gord_W with TO_Gas_SA and TO_Gas_SA_W in the ide.img and the game loaded normal. When I went to harrington house there weren't any preps. After that all the students were missing (with the exception of the school interiors like the main building or the dorm and scripted spawns like the stundents running in the football field).
