First of all im a GTA modder myself.
All games has different sources.
And half of bully files are crypted and the game is PACKED so its harder.

Anyways this mod isnt possible for now so I guess I'll leave this thread till it is made.

You can get a tuxedo at the aquaberry store. Retexturing it with nifskope and an image editor can make it possible.

Oh and about the werewolf that isn't a custom texture, it's just the unused doberman skin with an human skeleton (the model).

We cannot remodel characters yet
only weapons, cars, etc

In the final cut you can get those punk haircuts. I think there is a mohawk.
