Dildos can be added to bully easily enough but there may be a issue with adding something like that due to the fact that the majority of characters portrayed in the game are technically "minors" (under 18) and having strongly hinted sexual mods might cause uncomfortable attention to this forum and community.

Just something to consider.  8)

I doubt R* Would do anything tbh... Bully-Board or Bully overall isn't well known, so I doubt it would cause minor controversy, if any at all.

Although, I'm not so keen in adding in a dildo anyways, so....

Well R* Probably wouldn't care due to its actually removed in the real game
We modders always adding their shit back such as GTA SA SEX MODS and such when they were disable from the game but it doesn't effect them since they have nothing to do with enabling it back.
They know they can't do anything about it so if they really wanted to make sure modders don't add things back they'd simply delete the files instead of disabling them.

Pro tip: Modders gives ROCKSTAR more money, thats why they always disabling files on purpose instead of deleting them completely. R* even making modding easy for us like GTA 3 was the hardest to mod until R* knew modders gave them money when they thought of an idea to mess with the files and shit lol.
Thats why GTA SA well known to be modded and conversation mods and more
