This happens with most girls or adults textures.
I don't know very much about texture editing so I can't help you.

What is the problem exactly?

Since the model files (the .nif files in world.img) have very specific texture data embedded in them and modifying the model files themselves like if you are going to do the model swap trick using the ninja suits or other clothing item in the game, tends to cause some minor issues because the game was never intended to be modded in that fashion.

If the textures are showing up as "pink" then that means that the game cannot find the texture that is referenced by the model file itself.

If you can explain in more detail then I may be able to give you a explanation as to what is causing the problems you are having and possibly a way to fix them.

As DeadPool said, usually when you try to play as an Adult/Female it can sometimes fuck up the texture (For example, becoming the new Tin-Man, or messing up the hair)

Probably because girls have 2 texture layers.
One for skin and clothes and the other for hair.

Bully will load up the skin and clothes texture, but it'll have extereme problems with the hair.

Ah k.

Wanted to make sure since I personally never came across this problem but then....I also have a little more experience with textures and models in general anyways so I know how they work.

The main problem with bully is both a blessing and a curse since due to having the textures seperate from the models in their own .nif and .nft files, it tends to cause some headaches when manipulating either due to the fact that rockstar did a rather bad job imo of porting the game to pc and using a half finished custom nif format for the models and textures.

Normally the nif models have the textures in the same file but bully seems to be different when it comes to that....along with the fact that both the model and texture files have some very strange embedded tags that I don't think anyone has yet figured out what they are for...myself included. This was discussed on the nifskope forums in detail a few times.
