Just download and install xfire and use that to record videos ingame.
You can setup a twitchtv account since xfire is also a chat app too....which I use a lot these days, anything recorded or broadcasted ingame will be saved to your twitchtv account already encoded...etc and you can link the vid to ppl to view.
The only catch is you can't edit the recorded videos before uploading if you want to add any music tracks or any other editing to the video.
