Cant edit dropouts turf population

Im getting very used to editing the population.dat but every time i edit something that has dropout in it, it crashes. even just dropout turf or the sawmill or industrial area

You sure ide isn't the one crashing the drop out faction or one of they gangs?

Nope i replaced the ide with a fresh new one and the population for drop outs still dont work

Might be over loaded population.
Game cannot handle tomuch

No, that's more than likely not the problem...I'm not sure what's causing this, though. Does it crash on startup?

I don't know.
If I see this happens then I would know the real reason but now im predicting when he walks to an area it happens.
Happened to me before.

On the start up, everything else works perfect but anything that has to do with dropouts it NEVER works. Cant quite figure that out yet

Uh if you watch my video you can get a very great tutorial on how to edit the Population.dat very well and you have to use notepad ++ to keep the text in order. Make sure that if your modifying their stats from 10 + 10 you add 20 to the full ped population if your only spawning 10 then just put 10.

pfft i tried over 50 in total or more.
Its unknown exception on how he is crashing.
