Russel Is A Dropout?

I was doing a bit of snooping when I come across a little section in the world.img file. It tags Russell as DO, which I'm assuming is drop-out, since it is followed by other townies with that title. It also goes as far to say that he is a leader(full title being DOlead_Russell), which is probably why the engine gave him much more health. Anybody know anything about that?

During the BULLY PROTOTYPE BETA he was suppose to be the Leader of the Punks
but then the game was edit and changed and added one more faction which was BULLY and they changed his polygon and turned him into a BULLY and the Punks was renamed to DROPOUTS
Some believe the punks was merdge into dropout but that ain't true.
The BETA Prototype name was called Punks but the faction organization is fully called DROPOUT.

Punks/DROPOUT Merdge I cannot confirm it yet I'll have to do some testing.

There's an original characters picture out there somewhere - they have like 2-3 punk characters.

There is only 2
Russell and SID
Most likely Sid wasn't even confirm to be on the prototype version.
Every game has this thing when they make prototypes they add in 1 weird character to be playable or walking around for a test.
Like Fighting Force prototype DR VULCAN (Big boss that only Ai's get more attack to perform)
was in there just cause it was a Prototype and wasn't confirm to be playable on the final Version.
Therefore Sid is in the game but re modeled.
And on his Bio he was meant to be the meanest character in the game who had very tough dialog so I'm guessing he is one of the Townies.
Here are examples about prototyped games uses random modeled character just for testing through out the map and Tenchu no one suppose to have fully automatic guns due to its years based around 1800's

This ninja wasn't suppose to be the main character as the main is Rikimaru
Nor that enemies suppose to have guns they only meant to carry around with blades, staff, old rifle, etc. No new stuff lol. And that jumping sound effect was never gonna be added to the game

All cars with exact same rims wasn't confirmed just a prototype for car models before matching the real rims.

If the tenchu game had that sound effect I don't think I could ever take the game seriously at all, I loved that game!

The game was hard to take seriously anyways with that mission where you time travel to the future and fight samurai businessmen. Still, I loved that mission.
