All characters freeroam?

I have seen so many videos where there are characters all over the place.
I once had it, but sadly lost it.
Could anyone help me out?  :euro:

In the ide change all instances of FF FF FF FF to 01 00 00 00
Then change Population (which is in trigger) to make them spawn everywhere.

Select replace and enter the values. Then click replace all.
