Playing Bully last night, I found out the big rocks on the Asylum grounds are safe as well, so they are now added to the list.  Don't know how I missed them......

The Water is covered as "Anywhere in the Water near the shore".

As for the Roller Coaster, it is just the same as a cutscene, as are the other rides.

But you can glitch to drive a car
My friend david said something like crash your gokart into a car while it driving up that bridge the kart should fly you get out in back in or something and you'll drive a car

I don't know how to transfer this into the game. Can I do it the way Fallout new vegas does it? Go to Data, an put the files in the files that it needs to put it in, If so don't happen to have them files, just create new ones? Someone please help, thank you!

Hmmm....I suppose it's possible to have some Orderly chase you in there to bust, but I never did try that.
