Here I am, been working the last couple days towards getting 100% completion for the PS2 version. Right now I sitting at 99.25%, I've done everything I can possibly think of, even double checking on several different websites including this one.

*Every story mission, including optional ones like The Big Prank

*All classes to level five

*All rubber bands, G&G cards, gnomes and every other kind of collectable

*All bike and go-kart races

*All distance achievements

*Purchased all clothing and even obtained all bonus clothing

*Everything there is to do at the carnival

*Beat up the secret pirate

*Buy 100 and drink 500 sodas

*Get the highest score on all arcade machines

*Beat keep ups and penalty shots

*Boxing side missions

*Pulled twenty fie alarms

*Failed three classes

*All yearbook photos

*Paper routes and lawn mowing several times over

*Sprayed a tag for every faction

*Unlocked all room trophies

The only possible thing I can think of is Errands. I'm fairly certain I've done more then thirty of them, went looking to see if I could even find any more to do. I found three more of them, but they only raised my percentage by about four points each and everywhere else I checked (the entire map) didn't have any more to do.

Anybody have an idea as to what I may have missed?

I really wanna just get this done before I drive myself to do something that will end up all over the papers. You know how this one ends up, with the line "...and then he turned the weapon on himself."

Have you beat the high score on the three Video Games, ConSumo, Monkey Fling, and Nut Shots ?  That is required.  Ride each Carnival ride 3 times ?  Gotten every Item at the Souviner Tent ?

As to the errands, check your stat board and see if you have 30 (some say 31).  I always had more by the time I went for 100%, and it was always a final achivement after 100% for me to get all 50 errands.

Yeah, I did all of that. More times then necessary just to be sure.

I could never find the statistic for Errands in the pause menu, but I will double check with diligence to make sure.

Oh, and your Clothing Items stat ought to be there also....I have 307 on two of the completed ones, and 308 on the other (not quite sure what the extra one is) on my PS2.

Well I'll be a monkey's bare assed uncle.

I checked my stats thoroughly, and I had 308 clothing items, and 47 Errands completed.
But I found out what was holding me back, Penalty Shots. 
I played it many many times before, but I guess I never saved.

I'll be sure to provide photographic evidence so I can become a member of the 100% completion club.

Thank you guys, without mentioning that I should double check my stats I probably would have ended up being institutionalized before I ever completed it.

Hey, that great !!  Just a little thing like Penality Shots ?  Man, I'd have been shooting something.

Now, get them other 3 errands.....That was tough for me.  Two of those, I was stuck on 49 for what seemed forever.

2 seperate lists to check...

Completed all classes to level 5
Collected all rubber bands/G+G cards/Gnomes
Complete all bike races
Completed all Go Kart Races (unlocking the kart itself)
Completed All Distance achievements (100km on bike and foot, 50km on skateboard)
Purchased all clothes (you will unlock the gold Elvis outfit, remember to buy all the clothes from the school shop, easy to miss that one. my total clothing items acquired was 334)
Purchase all items from the carnival shop
Beat up the secret pirate
Smash all pumpkins and gravestones (these can be found after halloween in the school basement and blue skies warehouse respectively)
Beat the keep up and pen shoot out games once
Buy 100 and drink 500 sodas (these can be done in any shop buying 100 a time, then exit and re enter the shop and repeat)
Complete the boxing side missions
Pull 20 fire alarms (getting the firefighter hat)
Fail any 3 classes (getting the dunce cap)
Take all yearbook photos
Do the jobs, these are all the paper routes (up to 24 customers) and the 2 lawn mowing jobs (both up to level 3)
Find all transistors and learn all moves from the school hobo
Unlock all save points (5 in total)
Get all the ninja costumes (black for doing yearbook, green for using projectiles 1000 times, and red for doing the big prank mission)
I have sprayed a tag of each group type (1 nerd tag/1preppie/1greaser/1jock)
Unlock all room trophies (40)
Get all the achievements, you might as well not sure if all of them added to the % but they add to your GS so what the hell, These include:
Do 200 wheelies
Give 50 wedgies
Kick 100 soccer balls
High score the 3 arcade games (consumo, Nut shots and Monkey fling
Win all 4 carnival games at least once
Ride all rides at the carny once
Hit 50 people with stink bombs and trip 25 people with marbles
Egg 25 cars
Pick 50 flowers, and kiss 25 girls and 20 guys (these don't have to be different people, just spam their lips with your mouth lust)
Knock out 200 people
After hours (which you should all get easily by just being out after curfew for 5 hours)
Taunt 50 people (just spam taunts at the school secretary)
Complete the errand achievement but keep doing any you see, i did 37 errands in total and each one added around .05% to my overall percentage.
