The mysterious 'Woman In The Blue Dress' has be deviling me for quite some time.  I love shooting her with the Spud Gun, as she hollers, "OOOHH....ARE YOU INSANE ?" when I do so.  I believe her to be Ms. Isaacs, although the WiKi description doesn't exactly match.....

Ms. Isaacs has auburn hair worn fairly short. She wears a blue fur-trimmed jacket and a matching knee-length skirt, black tights and heeled boots all year round.

Since this may not be her, if anyone knows for sure.....Let me know.  She is, quite possibly, my favorite Townsperson in the game.

Yes that's Ms. Isaacs. The audio files identify her as such.

That's why I always had problems identifing her exactly.  It's a blue dress, and she doesn't wear boots.

Ahhh....Me thinks someone screwed up on their description, then.  Usually, they describe the regular and the winter attire, but not this one.  Really messing me up was the "black tights and heeled boots all year round" statement.

Well, I just fixed it.  :D

Does she wear the black tights during the other seasons, though? I can't remember.

No....Just Blue High Heels with bare or hosed legs.  I'll have to check out one of my saved games, I have one I saved at the Christmas break, right at the start when the clock was off....That way, I could go wherever and do whatever, as long as I didn't pick up Jimmy's sweater at the office.
