Hey, try this....Go to the Oil Spill Gas Station....Climb up on the roof.....Jump Jimmy UP on to the highest peak of the station, in the front....Shoot a passing car or pedestrian to bring the Cops running, they will gather in the spot right underneath you....You can't shoot them or even target them because the angle is too steep.

BUT, you can finish them off with your firecrackers by bouncing the off the edge of the overhang that is over the gas pumps.....Just target your throws there and the firecrackers will bounce off them and right to where the Cops are at below....A few will take them both out.

I never thought to do that at that location, but I've done it before in other spots where I couldn't shoot them.  I'm pretty good when it comes to improvising.  there should be a name for that, like "Fire cracker pong" or something.  With a motto that goes a little something like "Just like beer pong, only more deadly!"

That's the best richocet place I know of, but plenty of other spots where to bounce them off the roofs that your'e on.....Like the Gym, back of the school, over by the bike park, Downtown, Etc. Etc....

I'm an expert at that, but often using the bottlerocket launcher ! But sometimes it just bounces... Not normally.
