Say what you want, the concept of a community on a forum is far superior to a discord server. It's much better organized despite requiring more work.

What also kills forums is the fact that younger people seem to be much better at finding discord servers than making web searches. I was able to find this website long before I came across a discord server

This. Really sad but true. Discord has picked up with younger people. I don't think discord was even a thing back when I joined here.

Discord chat can give off that feeling of being "loose" with talks. It's not as tightly organized as forums. It doesn't feel as connected as most forum communities. I don't think a strong community is what a lot of newcomers seek. Just simple chat with answers.

Mine was pretty much the same. I wasn't looking for mods though, I was simply searching Bully 2 information.

The captcha is like that due to scam bots coming in and flooding us with ad posts. Some not being exactly safe to view.

I got my foot in the door yesterday by editing the "clique specific insult" mod and making it do stupid shit like teleport me into the sky. This is way further than I got when I first tried modding (I couldn't figure out how to use LuaC when I was a teenager so I gave up)


Oh, it looks like paragraph breaks are broken for me if I use a different font than the default. Bummer, but at least it doesn't seem to be my fault
also, the damn captcha thing is WAY too hard tbh

As for line breaking, you shouldn't even need a line break function to separate your paragraphs. Usually the "Enter" button will separate words for you.

Welcome! Look around the modding sections to maybe get a feel for it if you're interested. A lot of mods have been made over the years, but who knows. You might be able to come up with something creative yourself.
