So.. a question: what is causing the slow release of new screenshots (and lack of variety on the website) to be present?

1. I prefer the color palette that is used in the original Bully, particularly during winter. Overall the atmosphere in the PS2 bully feels better.
2. Sound effects, like when hitting people have a lot more impact in the PS2 version, but the voice acting sound effects are lower quality.
3. The PS2 version do not have that glitch where peoples dialogues get stuck on one line, and they say the same thing over and over. (annoying)
4. In the Freak house, the PS2 version does not have that annoying broken vortex sound in the background.
5. Jimmy looks like an old man in Scholarship Edition.

Sorry for reinstating scepticism, but is absolute everybody convinced? The screenshots for us do not show everything that would convince me, and quite all of everything that is shown is possible to create with bodyguards and Photoshop (All of this screenshots have Adobe Photoshop metadata remaining in them.), and reasons that were given for not releasing video are vague.

A simple screenshot of a frontend menu (the setting menu for example) would be enough to slightly ease my suspicions, but now I simply am not convinced, for every single screenshot I can immediately think of the method how could be faked.

So even with all of the high profile bully-board members vouching for this, I can not place hope. I am sorry if incorrect.

You are like 3 years late.  :P
This was found when people changed fighting styles in ide.
Rockstar probably removed it since it was too powerfull instead of just nerfing it. It wasn't even in the first copies of the ps2 version unlike the nerds belly bounce or the jock grapplers 3 hit combo.

Another unused move I found was edgar evade and knee attack.

Hmm... Is the belly bounce/jock grappler 3 hit combo on video anywhere?

Yes, I just replaced 'Vortex' with 'Bortex'.

I plan to do more like this (hopefully if I can find any sounds that would be helpful to null).

So, this is how people can get the gary nemesis kick among his second punch combo?

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/147912713/Bully_Mods/scripts/Scripts.img OK, Heres a scripts.img version.. I shall not release another in this form because it is wasteful.

Anyway, more features recreated (and greatly optimized). Unlimited Bodyguards and you can now store up to 6 fighting styles. Also you can give peds items.

Modding Questions/Help Archives / The Entire Fighting Style
« on: November 05, 2013, 06:51:35 AM »
Hi everyone... I've seen a few videos where they're recording themselves using the entire fighting style (instead of the simple shift + alt moves) [the combos that jimmy doesn't have access to when you change his fighting style] such as the johnny normal attacks. Is there a lua function that lets you switch, or what?

Free-Roam Alpha Remake is now available. It lacks many features of the previous version in its current stage but it will soon be updated.

Modding Questions/Help Archives / ArcRace1.lur->STimecycle.lur
« on: November 02, 2013, 03:24:37 AM »
I want to convert my mod to work in free roam with STimecycle instead of ArcRace1.lur, however I think that variables i store will be reset every time the script runs. I define all of my vars in MissionSetup() for ArcRace1.lur, is there any type of equivalent in STimecycle.lua?

In other words, I want a way to run something once (only when the script is started) similar to missionsetup().
