Cheat Engine will do the trick just fine

Not sure if it can be use it in the Anniversary edition version.

well like, I guess it could work but it requires root which is something I would not want to do for a mod

Could someone make a mod that makes the trouble meter full at all times I would like to see how hard the game would be
And remember it's for bully AE, not SE
