I can't give you the download link because the file is so large to upload. So i'll try to help you.

Follow this step:
1. Uninstall your Bully Scholarship Edition.
2. After uninstall, make sure the directory of Bully is deleted completely.
3. Install the Bully Scholarship Edition again.
4. You're done.

The mods where Bully and GTA games got put together have always been interesting. I think there's plenty more to be done in that area.

I will try to convert from Bully to GTA SA more soon. This gonna take much time.

I have use 1280x800 res and my bully run smoothly. But the graphic still the same(as shown in the screenshot). Only the resolution changed. I have explore config folder to find some solution. I found some file that can be modified using notepad. But lastly, nothing changed.
Anybody can help me?

Isnt that the unfixable gamma problem?

What's your resolution? maybe the other player has a higher one.

I also think the gamma problem. I use 640x480 and low settings.
I can't set it to highest setting because i have an old pc.
*i need more fps. 
Can you give me some solution on how to fix it?

Anybody can explain why my Bully SE game look like this?

It looks so blurry and.........
I see a gameplay from the other, it looks nice.

I can see a lot of different between my graphic and other players graphic. Can anybody explain to me?
