Whats the point of tagging?? seems like there are spots to tag all over the place. But, once i make a tag and come back to it- it's gone???

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!
I tried sleeping and that didnt reset the room icons. however, once Jimmy passes out, everything was reset and everyting is working fine now.

i got a few more resister parts for the hobo to learn sum more fightin moves but i cant get into his yard place??? any suggestions??
