They dont really bust you for no helmet. Ive ridden around alot and unless your stopped in their face they wont mess with you. You can roll right in front of a cop and get off and he wont care.

Bully 1 Discussion / The clocks a pain in the butt

I just finished "The Candidate" and when you complete it the clock goes away and you got all the time in the world before you do the halloween mission. Getting to explore around without having to worry about the clock and doing those small missions where you can bet for money. Pretty fun, hope there's more offtime like this between certain missions.
