Bully 1 Questions / Bully stuck in windowed mode

I don't know how it happened but my Bully is stuck in windowed mode and I've tried the hotkeys to to enter back into full screen but still doesn't work, and i hate going into hide taskbar when i want to play. Somebody pls help.

Basically I made a replacement model for bully but it doesn't seem to show up in the cutscenes or the game entirely. I've imported the skins into the skins folder. still doesn't show. I really hope someone can help me with this problem.
