Act.img has a cat files. I tried to mod a cat file using hex editor. But the game crashed or the ped just freeze.

no one replies to someone's questions (Even my questions)
and lack of LUA tutorials.
wtf happened to bully-board.com? is like nobody plays this game anymore.
GTA (Even RDR) modding community is MORE active than that!

Errands are so annoying af, I been distracted several times because of annoying errands, especially the toughest student (such as Casey, Justin) and the Townsfolk
