They could of just changed the light bar, windows and removed the SAPD logo.

When I was six I thought the prefects were adults, mainly because I was a dumb american who did not know what a prefect was, also because the looked 30 years old. Also when you hit them an you got a full red trouble meter I thought that happened because they were adults.

Most likely new, I mean if we had Jimmy it would be in college and not Bullworth, and people knew Bully for the highschool aspect of the game. So most likely I bet a Different Character would be there, Jimmy may just be a side character at most.
