I think that the chick who owns the punk-barbershop or whatever it's called (the place where you can buy haircuts and clothings for Jimmy) is a transexual man. (If she is put in freeroam via modding, she can be seen peeing standing up in alleys like other men).

Just a thought.

She is a guy in Ide.img, this explain.
But why?
