R* released a trailor for Red Dead Redemption in 2005 for it to only come out a few months ago, so They have waited much longer to release a game lol. As far as Ive read before Bully didnt do great numbers durin its initial release and R* had no plans on a sequel. Now they seem to be more favorable with games like Bully (which I first bought for PS2 then again on 360 coz I def dig it :P) now knowin theres a market for their games beyond a GTA title after the release of RDR. 2013 seems correct as R* hasnt even released any official info on GTA Next.

Theres still Agent, L.A. Noire and Max Payne 3 in the pipeline for them to promote and stuff so until they are released I'd bet we wont hear much else on /bully 2 unfortunately.
