There is no wooden sword in the game and the info in the wiki is fake.
Someone should edit the wiki now. This sounds a little like the Golden Deagle in GTA SA xD

I remember when i was looking in the code of these 3 games they was having something that was actually really similar, Most of the config files are equal or similar.
The skateboard was what you say residenteviloutbreak
They make the skate in GTA Sa because they was changing Some "Jobs" Or how you say codes.
The skate is similar to the one in Bully. But is slightly different in handling If i remember fine, It seems like they like to exchange things
