Welcome 
I'm sure you will enjoy the board, and the modding section too.
And whats the ENB you mean? If I'm not bad, I remember that all of these ENB mods are released with some luck you can find their links, they are a little old if i remember fine. But they are still in somewhere.
And about the MP Mod i can only tell you that some people have tried to make it before but they didn't got able to do it, The good thing is that Madman(A user) Is working on it, He is a really good modder, Thanks to him we have lua mods and other cool stuff.
