Alright so i wanted to be Norton and so i change the skin in IMGTool and when i loaded the game and like always im Jimmys height and size and look retarded. I dont know what to change in ide with HxD to make me look normal Norton so can somebody help?

So I'm new to modding Bully so far I've been able to change skins but i want to change fighting styles, I mean i know how to download one and replace it but, i want to change it myself for the feeling of accomplishment anyway when the tutorial says copy from player..player... to Anim/Player/Act.. but i cant find the Anim/Player/Act.. thing any help? Maybe a screenshot or detailed description?
