Title: Must See Bully Characters That Did Not Make Into The Game

ok i was searching around the internet then i found this man who made bully characters he is apart of the rockstar group THERE IS OVER 15 NEVER BEFOR SEEN characterS IN THE GAME SO ENJOY

yea some of them are, i think they are just charector models.

I've seen this before a while back in 2007.
He said he was asked to do rough designs of some character on Bully.

This proves my theory that Bully was supposed to be a darker game to begin with just look at the first (epic) screenshots, Jimmy looks more badass and there seems to be an overall darker tone.

They put him ingame, but only in the files.
