Anyone know if a mod like this is still available? All links I've found are dead.

The person wrote in the video description that they lost the mod and all other Bully mods.
That sets the tone, it seems like the video creator wasn't the mod author. They would know how to get the file otherwise.
I recommend looking for someone who knows how to mod ps2 files.
