Title: Crackling audio Issue

Hey punks,

I've been having sound issues with Bully on the latest install, footstep sound effects are loud and lower quality than normal and the voice over sound worse than usual, I set the game to Win XP SP3 and tried setting the audio output to surround but no luck.

I have no idea what could be causing this if it's not just simply your audio settings being messed up... but if you did that I don't think you'd be here asking.

Maybe uninstall game and re install
