Carnival Date

Objective: Have a fabulous date! And win a Teddy Bear.
Location: Meet at the Movie Theater, then converge to the Carnvial.

Before you begin the mission, get a bouquet of flowers, which you can buy at the store punctuated as an orange rectangle on the map. Pretty flowers. Check. Nice, smooth bald head. Check. Animal magnetism? Check. Allright, you're all set for the date, which takes place at Billy Kane's Traveling Carnival, a bike's ride away from the movie theater, through the tunnel.  

At the booth, buy an admission ticket, and enter through the gate. To win points from your girl, you must give her a stuffed teddy that retails for ten tickets -- a small price for a kiss. Sure, you can wander around the Carnvial playing stupid games that are super hard, but you have to realize that you're racing against the clock. 2 a.m. is just around the corner, and you know how your character reacts when that time comes around. Instant breakdown.

Indeed, the best -- and quickest -- way to score ten tickets is to play the High Striker, a test-of-might game in which you smack a hammer on a plate. Press X as fast as you can to win the game. Replay the game until you score ten tickets, then head over to the Souvenir shop for the bear.

Note that you can only start this mission at the evening.

What I do is I complete all five of the Carnival Go-Kart races before starting the mission.  Each race gives you two tickets, so five races equals ten tickets.  Make this mission VERY short, which I like since I can't stand Pinky.  Two birds with one stone.   ;)
