Wow, what are these used for in the game? I've never heard any of these. Constantinos has the funniest one though!

Lemme see. Gord's and Lola's can be heard in Movie Tickets (Lola when Gord runs after Jimmy for stealing his bike, Gord when Lola walks off in a huff). You can hear Constantinos say his quote after beating Nice Outfit, during the "you passed" text.
How to trigger the others? No clue.
