Title: placing stink bombs in lockers. how?

how can I put a stink bomb in a locker? I've been trying to do it with different buttons and it won't work.

I was wondering that myself, I've had the game for a few years and no almost every trick in the book, but this has me stumped. Is it just made up or something?
