I saw that little retarded midget in the Freakshow House once....So I beat him up, but he just kept getting up again....So I popped him with the Spudgun...3 hits and he's down, but...keeps getting back up again...and again...and again....After about 20 minutes of that, got tired of him....he would never fight back.....

Saw him on the Midway a couple of times, too....Punch him or shoot him there, and the Cop is right there to bust you.....
