I dunno if this is supposed to happen or what but im on Chapter 3 and for some reeason the only mission they wanna allow me to do is the nerd challenge. Is this happening to anyone else or do you might know whats up?

That has never happened to me......it could be a serious glitch, but try beating it and see what happens.
