I think the likeness was possibly in R*'s plan to stir up the media surrounding Bully.

People have been talkin bout this since the game was ever announced..
They have the same first name, and look alike..a relationship is very likely. And if youve been living under a rock for the past couple hundred years, Jimmy=nickname for someone names James. Last names are about as disposable as toilet paper. Whether it is him or his father is the question i ask
