Does anyone know If you can get back in the Chemical plant after fighting edgar? Do I have do break all of the transformers in teh area or can I get there at a sertain time, If at all possible?

you can't. i would love to be able to go back in there but you just can't. you can get to the roof but not enter the door. it's a shame there are some interiors that were only used for one mission and you can't access them again. like the chemical plant, the funhouse, the tenements, and some more...

Actually, you can get in the tenements one more time. An errand requires you to enter and put out fires.
