in the game i'm in chapter 2 and i succeed to kiss agirl but i'm asking if i can hang otu in the town with girls?and at school can we walk hand by hand?

No you cannot date girls.
Only in one mission you can.
You can only hold their hands if they want you to escort them back to their dorm.
