i think yes we will be able to steel them.... this game is kinda like gta were you can steel cars.... and bikes are kids vehicles

I dont think Bully will be anything like GTA where you can drive cars, i hope its gonna kinda be like Tony Hawks American Wasteland with the bmx and skateboard.
