i've tried for ages and i dont know how to do it. help

Frisbee is recommended, as it is easiest.

Target the person you want to throw it at
Hold R1 until jimmy pulls it back the furthest he can.
Wait until they make a gesture at you (Normally they will shrug) and then release R1.
Hopefully they will catch it and then thrwo back to you in a few seconds.
When it gets close press Triange to catch.

Yeah... that should work.

Anyway there's a couple of threads about this subject, next time search before making a new thread.
