will the garages always have the bmx that i unlocked from compleating shop 1? or if i take it out and dont return it will it go away?? also isn't there also a garage in town?

Once you unlock the go-kart, bike and moped they will always spawn in your garage, you don't need to return them.

And you can find several garages throughout town.
