how many go kart races are there??? and when do you get one???

I think you unlock them when you finish all the carnival races but I'm not sure, you can find them in pretty much all parts of town. I think there's like 4 or something...

If you win the 5 go-kart races at the Carnival, you unlock 3 street races and if you win the 3 street races you unlock the go-kart.
