Around 10 billion. With complete upgrades, it's quite easy.

I dont try and beat them but i stuff them in lockers,trashcans,give them swirlies,i litterally bully them.

Yes u can grapple them u can tackle everyone(even little kids but u have too tackle them from the back and hold L1).

Yeah, the trick is to hold the L1 button and keep on hitting, they won't be able to bust you and they don't hit back.

I found a place in old bullworth vale, its like a look out point, where you can "kill" adults and the cops can't follow you or get (beware of adults) its a 2 mintueskateboard ride from your beach house save point

And Ive "killed" about 39 perfects but everytime was either a very narrow
escape! I prefer standing from the blacony from the outside and shooting them
