Player grapple (allows to move):
"/Global/Actions/Grapples/Front/Grapples/Hold_Idle/GrappleLoco/GrappleRotate"

NPC grapple (does not allow to move):
"/Global/Actions/Grapples/Front/Grapples/Hold_Idle/GrappleLoco/NPC/GIVE"
