Title: How to fix control peds mod issues?

Whenever I control a ped It just keeps punching the air until said ped gets busted  Heres a video example of what I mean https://gyazo.com/f3147d63588344edaae500c6df7743d7
I can't control the punch spam btw

some action tree for players will be BUG, like J_mascot
