Title: water ballon glitch??

were do u find water ballons
i found the little side mission but
when i aggreed with it he did not even give me annything
and now i can not find him
is there a place where u re stock water ballons so i can check there

on school water fountains and places like that instead of drinking you fill dem up

no i do not have an water ballons to fill up and when i go to do the "errand" he is not there
