BTW i all ready know that u can go there in mission but is there a way 2 get in there or something

I think in Chapter V you unlock his house... I don't remember because I never go in it.. (I finished the game twice)

I think you can go if you have high respect from Preps... but why would you wanna go in?

Whats that? A weapon? Can you enter the observatory? I have seen it close to the Harrington house.

From my knowledge you can enter Harrington House after completion of the story.

You can go there when you finish the game, although it sucks there. There's nothing to do, noone is there and the only good thing is that there is a weed poisoner in there. Even though it sucks.
