Title: Error/Shiny Texture

Hey guys I need a help, few days ago I made a bandana for Jimmy with 3Ds Max, but I got the problem with the texture, the bandana texture become error/shiny, I want to know how to fix it, and I'm pretty sure the problem is the .nft file. Would you like to help me? Thanks :(
