That's how Bully modding communtiy is nowdays.    I would share it if I had it.

I found this function name in the executable: PedSetAsleep.
And I also found this action node in there too: "/Global/Player/Default_KEY/Locomotion/GlobalLoco/Locomotion/LocomotionExecutes/Exhausted_Collapse/Exhausted_Collapse_LoadCheck", "Act/Player.act".

I have tested neither of these, but hopefully one of them work for you. Good luck.
