Title: I need help modding in HeX Editor

Hello guys, I need someone who can teach me how to mod PS2 games in HeX editor. like Socom 3. I just don't understand all the numbers in HeX editors...anyone is good with that? Let me know.

well, what do you wanna mod to it?

and you don't really change the numbers. in most cases, you'll actually be editing the words on the side.

Yes, I want to mod Socom 3, like having Super Jump, rapid fire and stuff like that. I know which file to mod (GLOBAL.ZDB) but I don't know what to change in HeX editor.. I need help!
